| What do you think when ICL and IPL schedules get clashed. Which will be watched with more interests? I hope IPL will win the race. What do you say. I think ICL has been made the scapegoat for the venture of IPL. This is true. |

Well there is no doubt that IPL will win the race. In ICL maximum players are retired one ... Inzimam, Brain Lara and many more. No proper publicity and media attention ... no big names like Shahrukh, Ness Wadia, Vijay Mallya. No big players like Sachin, Sourav, Dhoni, Yuvraj ... then how can you expect that ICL will win the race ....
But yeah thats for sure that ICL got the recognition and thats the danger alarm for BCCI |

well there is no doubt that IPL will be the winner when IPL & ICL compete, there is absolutely no comparisons, be it money involvement, big cricket names involvement, or media hype!!!
& I sumtimes feel pity on the destiny of ICL as it was ICL which initialized on this idea but it failed bcoz of BCCI's power in world cricket |

| No body is going to see the matches of Retired players ... Aayesha raise a very good point and more over whole media is supporting IPL instead of ICL so certainly IPL will be eye catching event. Have you seen the opening ceremony so lovely and fantastic ... |

| I agreed that ICL is not popular like IPL, because Media and people like IPL. ICL a group of retired players nobody can like to see old version of cricket. In the all matches of ICL got boaring, 130 or 150 is the average score in the tournament because of old and aged players not able to performed. Not remembered an Inning of like MCCULLAM,HUSSY, and GILLI. So why people take interest and invest money in that kind of tournament / |
