Initially Mumbai were losing all matches when Harbhajan was captain.
Then they had a great winning streak when Pollock took over the reins of captaincy after harbhajan getting banned.
Now since Sachin is back, he is made the captain and Mumbai have started losing again.

I believe captaincy is definitely having some crucial role in what kind of decisions are taken when playing.
I believe Sachin does not have a good experience of captaincy and his decisions may not be falling in line with how Pollock would have gone about things.
So Mumbai might be suffering somewhat due to this.

Thats the problem with us ... one or two match lost and we starting raising the finger on captain ... coach and even owner. But yeah I do believe that sachin can give the shape to his batting and his cricket but when it comes to dealing with whole team technique than he fails and I think thats where the difference of great captain and average captain is.

The main reason seems to be that Mumbai Indians as a Team is failing to hold on to their nerves in the last overs - they just need some good counseling or a lesson or two from our Cool Captain Viru dada :0
