I find that round robin tournament gets boring and makes even the weakest team to reach the final stages.I personally prefer knock out tournaments like in Tennis.

My vote goes to the round robin format. I don't quite route for the knock out style tournaments because one good match and one good team could be knocked out while one less worthy team could find it's way into the next level.We saw this with Scotland and Bangladesh during the ODI world cup last year. If the same team had to compete against a few good teams , then there is a better chance of the better team marching forward.

hi i feel that round robin tournament is better becoz it is quite exciting.if a weak team reaches the finals then also its worth watching to see those matches.

I think round robin format is the better format to judge the efficiency of the game. Because one day the players may get injured and may not perform well. So we cannot judge them by a single day's performance. We need to give more time to the teams to build up their game.

I would go for round robin ... as this is twenty 20 match and any player who have good day come to the pitch and bang bang and bang and can carry away the match ... so to keep the good team alive round robin is the suitable ... One match will never judge good team at the right place I think thats why Australia choose to play three finals instead of single one

yes i agree that round robin format is the best one as the real potential of a team can be determined by this format.I never get bored with this format.

Yes, round robin for me too for all the reasons listed above the weaker teams will try harder
