Well so far in the IPL if any player who really impressed me and show the real character than he is Shane Warne ... guy who was always in headlines for women. But now I think he really makes Rajasthan Royal a dominating team ... dont forget that every one (including me) took this team as the weakest contender of this race ... But Shane Warne ..
He is leading from the front ... (Two Sixes and fine performance in bowling)
He is encouraging new Indian and young players ...
He is also the coach of Rajasthan Royal ...
So tell me guys ... almost every captain have big names in their side but for this team almost new blood, old blood and dropped blood are playing ...

No doubt he is carrying whole team on his shoulder and setting the example for others. Yeah Rajasthan Royal was the weakest team but before starting of this tournament. But now they beat big names of this tournament and they can bring big changes in this tournament, lets see its too early to say
But as Shane was compliment his young team mates that was superb and I am sure young players will learn a lot from this legend ... |

He is utilising of his experience and I think thats really paying off now. He is really very active on the field and I never saw so far in this tournament that any captain is encouraging his team so much.
But I think coaching this team really helps him to learn the mind set of his team mates and he exactly know which player will perform in which condition. |

| Benefits to Rajsthan royals that Coach and captain play together on the ground.Shane warne really well coaching the team as captain and coach . |

He is multi talented player and performing every task which he is getting in his hand. This will really grow his popularity more and benefit to Indian New Players. He is the real fighter he showed that against Deccan Chargers match and his motivation really bringing best out of new players.

He is one of my favourite Aussies players ... my other aussies players are ...

| SHANE wARNE IS A NOT ONLY GOOD PLAYER BUT ALSO A GOOD CAPTAIN AND A GOOD COACH. HIS EXPERIENCE WORKED FOR RAJSTHAN TEAM AND AFTER WINNING SEMIFINAL AGAINST DELHI TEAM HIS TEAM FRONT RUNNER IN THIS TOURNAMENT. NOBODY PREDICT FOR RAJSTHAN TEAM AT THE STARTING THIS TOURNAMENT BUT NOW EVERYBODY SAYS EASILY THAT RAJSTHAN SURELY WIN THIS TOURNAMENT. |
