Two things which really tun you off when its a matter of IPl ... my choice will be ...
- Huge money involve which indirectly killing the true spirit of this game
- Now your favourite Icons are the puppet of rich persons ...

For me the two worst things are-
a - its happening during exam time - winter is a better option for cricket 
b - some international players wont be able to participate
lets see what others have to say !! |

| I cannot accept the fact that the icon players will be a puppet. They will not treated so. But i have to accept the first one. Too much of money being involved here. Also am sure that huge amount of betting will be done for this. |

I am agree with Lalit for his first point ... too much money involved is really killing the spirit of this game. As this tournament is just the entertainment ...
I hate because of ...
- Too much hype created by organiser and media
- Less motive to promote cricket ... more motive to make money |

well two things i hate abt IPL are
1. Some players not given what they deserved because of their cricketing quality
2. Some players getting much more than what they actually deserve |

| cricket has now being making money for the cricket boards (esp. BCCI) and our players, mind it, OUR players for quite some time now. i think it's wrong to say that IPL is all about money, it's just that money with glamour because of all the media buzz and star power involved in cricket this time! |

Why you guys pissed off with money... coz its only good when it comes to us... bollywood actors make money - so much that they can afford to buy teams! Money is not the issue - what i hate is:
1. The international Apathy to anything Indian - look at the English Cricket Board (ECB) stance !!
2. The people who are running IPL now - the idea is great but greed and arrogance are taking over - like in the media restrictions...
Much of the fun will be lost for this lack of foresight... |
