Well no doubt Kolkata Knight Riders really entertain us but we did not expect so cold response from Royal Challengers. Well we want that both team perform so that we can have 40 overs electrifying and entertaining match. If one team perform and other team just fuss ... then there is no Twenty 20 matches.
In this pattern and tournament almost every team are balanced team and we do expect high voltage and hard core entertainment ...
So what do you think guys ? |

You are absolutely right Pamela. Royal Challengers really disappointed us, first with their bowling attack and then after their poor or should I say very poor performance in batting line up.
The way they give up in front of their home crowd was really coward act. They have to pick some pinch hitter so that there side can look balance ... But I dont think that this will be able to provide us any sort of entertainment ...
Mr. Mallya you have invested your money on wrong men |

Rahul Dravid opting to bowl first sounded a pretty ominous death knell almost straight away. I don't care how dewy it is, on that pitch you bat first. It was flat, hard, and it was only going to get better for the bowlers as the night wore on (as Dravid strangely pointed out after he made his decision... is his head screwed on properly?) and that proved to be true.
In all fairness to them, McCullum's innings was unprecidented in that he carried the entire team to a massive total and not many teams if any would have been able to tolerate that. Some of the Royal Challenger's bowling wasn't too bad either. However, the batting? Pathetic. The number 10 was the only batsman to get into double digits.
I never really rated the royal challengers, and this proves why. The captaincy was shocking, batting weak and bowling (apart from Praveen Kumar) second-rate. If McCullum keeps firing, the Knight Raiders might have to leapfrog some other teams I've rated higher than them. The rest of their batting wasn't terribly good though. |

After seeing first over from Praveen Kumar, I felt that Royal Challengers got something but Zaheer over was just the beginning whilst. Zaheer over was same as was in 2003 world cup where his first cup started the fall of Indian chances and in this match also his first over give the freedom to opponent to perform and demolish their bowling line up ...
It was very much expected from their batting and they perform exactly in the same manner or worst than that. Thanks to god that Rahul and Wasim are not in Indian one day squad. |
