well it was truly an emotional sms from an owner whose team is almost out of IPL!
& it has come amidst the news of dispute b/w Ganguly , John & SRK.
It truly resembes the act of SRK in the movie Chak De just before the final game.
So what u think abt the purpose of this SMS. Is it really to motivate the team or to show SRK's embarrassment after the losses. Or is it a publicity stunt bcoz everything Srk does , becomes a news?

He cleared the foul air which was circulating around and motivated his team to do well. I don't see it as an publicity stunt because media shows everything out of proportion.

Very big difference in Real play and play in film. I think that franchise of team knows very well about this reality of life. Not easy to go together with all different kinds of men. Co coincidentally Saurav, ponting,Mcculam,Jhon Bucanan and Sharukh all big name in a one team. No coordination with them for planning of good game.

Shah Rukh has sent a SMS to his team saying that he would boycott the remaining matches of the IPL till the League clarified the code of conduct and cricketing authorities.

- well if you are referring this sms - i would rather say the icc anti-corruption dept has done the right thing - cricket has its won rules and we have seen many TOP players getting involved in match fixing - and no one is above the law.

In bollywood you can well change a script or casting at your will - but not so at cricket - and why did srk visit the chennai dug-out during the match - we agree that his intentions are purest, he is the greatest actor under the sun, he is honest etc.etc. but once again rules are rules !

Even Lalt modi - who is glamour struck nowadays and has no background in cricket went ahead and bend the rules - which is totally unfair - we must understand that cricket is a different ball game..

And true - we will miss out SRK's cheering presence during the semis and the finals - but Shewag, Gambhir, Dhoni, Shae, shaun Marsh, Sachin, Jayasuriya among others are no less entertainers ! - In fact they are real life entertainers with no stunt men !

He is magician and very good player of words ... I saw almost all interview of SRK and in those interview journalist never able to get on SRK in any matter ... and you can expect such strong emotional words from him ... he is a class artist and know how to give good and happy ending to every episode ... and he just did that ...

Hats off to him ...

I think there is a lot of drama going on in IPL other than cricket.........
the cricketing spirit will be spoilt if such things continue.........
what the hell is the problem with the media?
I mean , cant' an owner of the team give some tips for his players? the media is making small things a big news.......
And ICC is adding CHILLY POWDER to it

srk has very cleverly got it off the hook to attend the matches for his team once the team has begun its downslide, blaming it on the code of conduct, which has to be followed by everyone whether he is a star or a normal spectator, he now does not have to be present at the stadiums to watch his team lose any more matches.
